Candle Care 101: Make Every Flame Last Longer
To keep your candle burning beautifully, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the top before blowing it out. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures a long, even burn. Keep your candle on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, pets, and little paws.
When only ½ inch of wax remains, it’s time to say goodbye — but don’t toss the jar! Clean it out and give it new life as a planter, pen holder, or keepsake jar. A little care keeps the glow going.
